  相對(dui)造船(chuan)(chuan)業的(de)船(chuan)(chuan)用(yong)主機、船(chuan)(chuan)板(ban)等(deng)配套(tao)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)來說,橡膠護(hu)(hu)舷(xian)的(de)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)容(rong)量不是很大(da),競(jing)爭(zheng)非常激烈。中(zhong)海(hai)橡(青島)實業有限(xian)公司副總經理李海(hai)鍔介(jie)紹說,國內每年橡膠護(hu)(hu)舷(xian)的(de)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)容(rong)量為20多億(yi)元,知名(ming)度較高(gao)的(de)生廠商也就3、4家,其主要面向骨干港口和(he)造船(chuan)(chuan)企業,訂(ding)制產(chan)(chan)品(pin)較多,因此(ci)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)份額高(gao)、效益(yi)也較好。而一些生產(chan)(chan)通用(yong)型產(chan)(chan)品(pin)較多、利潤薄的(de)生產(chan)(chan)商只能采取低價競(jing)爭(zheng)策(ce)略(lve),甚至不惜采用(yong)低質材料或(huo)采用(yong)高(gao)比例再生膠以謀求降低成本(ben),這(zhe)在江蘇某橡膠護(hu)(hu)舷(xian)生產(chan)(chan)廠家聚集較多的(de)地(di)區比較普(pu)遍。李海(hai)鍔指出(chu),低質橡膠護(hu)(hu)舷(xian)危(wei)害極大(da),不僅使用(yong)壽命短(duan),而且一旦破損將(jiang)給碼頭和(he)靠泊(bo)船(chuan)(chuan)舶帶(dai)來嚴重損傷。

  負責我(wo)國(guo)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)標(biao)準(zhun)制修訂和技術(shu)(shu)歸(gui)口管理(li)的(de)(de)全國(guo)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)與橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)制品(pin)(pin)標(biao)準(zhun)化技術(shu)(shu)委員會(hui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)雜品(pin)(pin)分(fen)技術(shu)(shu)委員會(hui)秘書長宋(song)寶清(qing)對此也深有同感。目(mu)前,我(wo)國(guo)實心橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)所采用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)是(shi)《GB/T 21537-2008 錐型橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)》和《HG/T 2866-2003 橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)》,充(chong)氣(qi)式橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)采用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)《CB-T 3948 船(chuan)用(yong)(yong)充(chong)氣(qi)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)靠球》和ISO17357:2002 《High pressure Floating pneumatic rubber fenders》,而填充(chong)式漂浮橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)是(shi)近幾年才(cai)出現的(de)(de)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin),目(mu)前尚無(wu)國(guo)際標(biao)準(zhun)以(yi)及行(xing)業(ye)標(biao)準(zhun)。宋(song)寶清(qing)指出,我(wo)國(guo)各類橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)標(biao)準(zhun)與國(guo)外相比并不(bu)(bu)落后,但生產(chan)(chan)(chan)廠家執行(xing)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)參差(cha)不(bu)(bu)齊使產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)良莠不(bu)(bu)齊,這(zhe)給我(wo)國(guo)航運業(ye)和造船(chuan)業(ye)發展(zhan)帶來隱(yin)患。她表示,在原(yuan)材(cai)料中(zhong)加(jia)入再(zai)生膠(jiao)可(ke)較好改(gai)善加(jia)工性能,而且符合(he)綠色環保要(yao)求,至于加(jia)多少再(zai)生膠(jiao)會(hui)對產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)質量和使用(yong)(yong)壽命產(chan)(chan)(chan)生不(bu)(bu)利影響,目(mu)前尚無(wu)定量分(fen)析數據,因(yin)此對使用(yong)(yong)再(zai)生膠(jiao)不(bu)(bu)能簡單否(fou)定。但采用(yong)(yong)優質原(yuan)材(cai)料是(shi)保證產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)質量的(de)(de)重要(yao)基礎,這(zhe)點毋庸置疑(yi)。

  橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷在(zai)造船(chuan)企(qi)業(ye)主要用(yong)作船(chuan)舶靠泊(bo)碼(ma)頭(tou)舾裝(zhuang)時(shi)的安(an)全防護(hu)。揚州遠望(wang)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷有關人士表示(shi),產品的質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)是第一(yi)位(wei)的。如(ru)果新(xin)船(chuan)在(zai)碼(ma)頭(tou)舾裝(zhuang)時(shi)因橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)問題而(er)發生碰撞事故(gu),進而(er)導致船(chuan)體受(shou)損,新(xin)船(chuan)將不(bu)得不(bu)返工修理甚至造成(cheng)拖期。雖(sui)然相(xiang)對港口來說(shuo),橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷并不(bu)屬(shu)于(yu)造船(chuan)企(qi)業(ye)的主要生產設(she)施,船(chuan)廠(chang)也比(bi)較注重(zhong)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷的性價(jia)比(bi),但是產品質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)絕不(bu)能忽視。
